Michael Maulick
President and Chief Executive Officer
Michael Maulick is the President and CEO of Platform Solutions, Inc. (PSI). With nearly three decades of
management and engineering experience in the high-tech industry, Mr. Maulick spent more than 20 years at
IBM in senior leadership positions with increasing responsibilities.
Joseph P. DiSabato
Managing Director, Goldman Sachs
Mr. DiSabato is a Managing Director of The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. in the Merchant Banking Division. He joined
Goldman Sachs after attending the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and earning an MBA from the Anderson Graduate
School of Management at UCLA. Mr. DiSabato serves on numerous Boards of Directors on behalf of Goldman Sachs .
George Hoyem
Managing Partner, Blueprint Ventures
Mr. Hoyem is a Managing Partner with Blueprint Ventures. He brings to PSI more than 20 years of entrepreneurial,
operations and venture investing experience in high technology companies. He has served on and with the boards of
over a dozen emerging technology companies since 1998. Mr. Hoyem's investment focus includes software, security,
and other IT infrastructure companies building disruptive technologies with highly capital efficient business models.
Blueprint Ventures has a specialty investment focus in backing early-stage, Corporate IP spin-outs.
Mr. Hoyem holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Computer Science from Western
Michigan University.
Larry A. Mueller
Mr. Mueller has a proven track record of achieving extraordinary growth by employing sound operating principals
and delivering measurable results for customers. Serving in the roles of CEO, President, and COO at Ariba, he grew
the company from 240 employees to 1500 employees with a market cap of $35B in a period of one year. As President and
CEO of Imageware, he rapidly organized and grew the organization to deliver substantial ROI to investors within 30
months through a sale of the company in 1999. In 1994, Mr. Mueller joined Rasna Corp. as Vice President of North
America Operations and quickly achieved over 100% year-over-year growth and 36% profitability - this success lead
to the acquisition of Rasna by Parametric Technology Corp. in 1995 where he then served as Vice President of
Worldwide Sales, Mechanical Division. Prior to Rasna, he was Chief Operating Officer at JD Edwards, where he
grew revenues from $40 to $350 million in 36 months.
Mr. Mueller began his career at IBM, where his roles included Group Director of Marketing and Channel Operations,
IBM USA; Director of Mid-range Operations, IBM Europe; and Executive Assistant to the Chairman, IBM Europe. Mr.
Mueller graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 1972.
Thomas L. Rosch

Tom Rosch focuses on networking, semiconductors and infrastructure software. Some of his representative investments
include Juniper Networks (JNPR), Signio (acquired by VeriSign), Sentient Networks (acquired by Cisco Systems) and
Accept.com (acquired by Amazon.com).
Previously, Tom was a Partner at AT&T Ventures where he focused on networking, software infrastructure and semiconductors.
Prior to that, Tom was a Senior Manager of the Media Convergence Practice at The Boston Consulting Group and an Analyst at
Morgan Stanley.
Tom received his MBA and JD from Stanford and his BA, magna cum laude, from Harvard. He lives in Woodside, California,
with his wife and twin ten year-old daughters.
Anand Radhakrishnan
Partner, Investcorp Technology Ventures
As a Partner for the New York-based Venture Capital arm of Investcorp, Mr. Radhakrishnan is responsible for sourcing,
negotiating and closing new investments in technology-led start-ups, and for maintaining existing investments.
He currently sits on the Boards of several of Investcorp's investments.
Mr Radhakrishnan joined Investcorp's Venture Capital Group in 2002.
Previously, he was with The Carlyle Group in Washington, D.C., where he worked in the Venture Capital Group and at Robertson
Stephens in San Francisco, where he was a member of the Technology Mergers and Acquisitions Team. He currently sits on the boards
of Dialogic, Dotcast, Kentrox and Platform Solutions.
Mr. Radhakrishnan holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an
MBA with Distinction from the Harvard Business School.

David R. Lee
Partner, White & Lee LLP
Mr. David R. Lee is a founder of White & Lee LLP, a firm specializing in the representation of technology and
emerging growth companies. Mr. Lee has extensive experience in handling complex mergers and acquisitions,
licensing and distribution arrangements, venture capital financings and strategic partnerships for a wide variety
of public and private company clients. He has worked on initial public offerings for companies such as QUALCOMM,
Wind River Systems and Documentum and was the lead attorney representing Palm Computing in their merger with U.S.
Robotics. Prior to founding White & Lee, Mr. Lee was a Partner in the Menlo Park office of Cooley Godward. David
graduated with highest honors from the University of California at Berkeley and received his JD from Georgetown University.
