The new equipment developed by our company, flash calciner, is a sharp tool for pollution-free drying, dehydration, decomposition and calcination of powders made by Sinocalci for various industries. The gas of flash calciner completes the combustion process in the outer cylinder, and the target powder is sent into the inner cylinder of the calciner by means of pneumatic conveying, and the heat exchange between the material and flue gas is completed by non-contact heating after absorbing heat, it completes its own physical and chemical reactions, completes the drying, dehydration, decomposition or calcination process to generate the target product.
Eight characteristics ：
1、Calcining materials (particle size ≤ 15mm) that can not be calcined in traditional kilns will change "waste" into treasure.
2、The heat transfer between the gas-solid two-phase flow and the wall and between the gas and the particles is enhanced due to the tangential swirling flow.
3、The flue gas does not directly contact with materials, which ensures that the product is not polluted by flue gas, and is suitable for product finishing

5、The calcination time is several seconds, which accords with the drying dehydration decomposition characteristics of powder material calcination, and the system heat consumption is low.
6、The product is modular, removable and mobile.
7、The equipment can realize ultra net emission by itself.
8、The calcined decomposition gas can be completely recovered, such as CO2 recovery from calcium carbonate decomposition, SO2 recovery from calcium sulfite decomposition and further acid production.
