Michael Maulick
President and Chief Executive Officer

Michael Maulick is the President and CEO of Platform Solutions, Inc. (PSI). With nearly three decades of management and engineering experience in the high-tech industry, Mr. Maulick spent more than 20 years at IBM in senior leadership positions with increasing responsibilities.

Prior to joining PSI, Mr. Maulick spent seven years in CEO positions for multiple entrepreneurial companies. Most recently, he was Chairman and CEO of Resilience Corporation where he transformed the early stage company from its focus on highly available Sun-based servers to a provider of Intel-based high availability VPN and firewall solutions. The company then leveraged the cost advantages of open systems components in highly available systems designs that resulted in more than 50 contractual channel partners worldwide and significant international technology partnerships.

While with IBM, Mr. Maulick led the creation of the entrepreneurial ADSTAR intra-company organization, later acquired by Tivoli Systems. As an IBM executive responsible for the Americas, Mr. Maulick guided the growth segments of IBM's high-end server business and led the organization in capturing emerging markets, including E-Business, ERP, Business Intelligence, and Server Consolidation. As a Senior Engineering Manager in IBM's NY labs, he led the design and development of IBM's mainframe computing systems.

Mr. Maulick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University.
